We have a long-standing track record of delivering our promises. Our services concentrate on six key areas:

• development of affordable housing for those in housing need, supported by high quality management and maintenance
• development of low cost home ownership for those unable to buy outright immediately
• assistance to key workers wishing to live close to their work
• care and support to help the vulnerable live as independently as possible
• regeneration of poor quality ex-local authority housing and investment in communities
• provision of housing support services and advice to asylum seekers and refugees.
