Sheltered housing

We own a number of sheltered housing schemes throughout Nottingham and a housing officer is allocated to provide a housing management service.

We have 41 sheltered schemes in total in the east, west and Rushcliffe areas: 36 are for rent in Derby, Nottingham and Rushcliffe. There are also four leasehold schemes in Derby, including 1 shared ownership scheme and 1 leasehold scheme in Rushcliffe. All these schemes vary in shape and size, some have communal access and others have their own front door.

We work closely with partner care and support service Metropolitan Support Trust to deliver these services.
