Sheltered housing

We own a number of sheltered housing schemes throughout the Midlands and a housing officer is allocated to provide a housing management service.

We have over 30 sheltered schemes for rent in Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Rushcliffe. There are also four leasehold schemes in Derby, including 1 shared ownership scheme and 1 leasehold scheme in Rushcliffe. All these schemes vary in shape and size, some have communal access and others have their own front door.
