SunflowerSpirita is one of the largest housing associations in the Midlands, formed in April 2007 through the merger of three well respected Midlands based housing associations - Rushcliffe Homes, Metropolitan Housing Trust (Midlands) and The Walbrook Group. We offer our customers over 80 years of combined expert knowledge, skills and experience, working to “breathe life into communities”.
