Valuing diversity

We value diversity and promote a culture where differences between people are respected and celebrated. We deal with people as individuals, while recognising that many people share common experiences based on their background. Our success and growth has been a result of our ability to respond as an organisation to the increasingly diverse needs of local people.

We are a member of Metropolitan Housing Partnership. The Partnership is proud of its continued commitment to equality and diversity which has recently been recognised in one area of its work with an impressive leap of 59 places in Stonewall's 2008 Workplace Equality Index. The Index places the Partnership at 33 - up from 92 last year. Stonewall works to achieve equality and justice for lesbians, gay men and bisexual people.
