EMPS

EMPS is the contracting arm of Spirita which carries out mainly heating and electrical maintenance and installation work. It is based in Derby and is part of the Asset Management Directorate under David Clarke.

EMPs is governed by a Board of Directors comprising of
Sheila Hyde - Managing Director of Spirita
and
David Clarke - Director of Asset Management

We are currently working in Partnership with Mears to improve both management systems and operational efficiency to ensure that Spirita derives the maximum benefit from EMPS' activities.
