Richard Hewgill
A qualified Housing Manager and surveyor, Richard is a leading figure in the resident participation movement. He is the Chair of TPAS, Board Member of the International Union of Tenants and was a leading figure in the development of the borough wide Kensington and Chelsea Tenant Management Organisation. He was appointed to the Board in 1997.
Richard is a Board Member of Granta Housing Society Ltd, Metropolitan Living Ltd, Refugee Housing Association Ltd and Clapham Park Development Ltd. He is also a member of MHP’s Audit Committee and Quality & Accountabilities Forum.
