Metropolitan Support Trust

Metropolitan Support Trust provides specialist support and care services to help people live independent lives.

MST supports over 5,000 service users across London, East and West Midlands, and Yorkshire and Humberside. MST puts customers at the heart of what it does, adapting and designing services to meet a diverse range of need.

In April 2007, Threshold Support, StepForward, Walbrook Support and Refugee Support came together as Metropolitan Support Trust - combining expertise and providing a more efficient and effective service.

All services now operate as Metropolitan Support Trust, with the specialist refugee and asylum seeker services known as Refugee Support. The aim remains the same: to deliver the best support and care services in the country.
