What we do

MHT London provides housing management to over 16,000 homes across London.  It is one of the largest housing associations in the London area. 

In addition to managing and maintaining our homes we also:

• help to meet the demand for housing with our regeneration and development programme which transforms neighbourhoods by refurbishing existing homes and building new ones
• place great emphasis on community investment to improve our residents’ lives and surroundings
• work with our residents on key projects to help develop skills and sustain communities.
