MHT London manages a wide variety of properties and homes across London as well as a range of District and Borough Councils outside London. These include converted street properties, small and large estates, residential care homes and sheltered housing.
We provide a high quality, resident-centred management and maintenance service which is targeted at those most in need. In association with our black and minority ethnic partners we address the whole range of communities within London and elsewhere, and are proud to provide local solutions for national and regional problems.
In some areas we have been involved in extensive regeneration schemes to bring homes up to the Decent Homes Standard and provide our residents with facilities so they can feel proud within their homes and surrounding communities.
