We are one of the largest housing associations in the Midlands. We were formed in April 2007 through the merger of three well respected Midlands based housing associations – Rushcliffe Homes, Metropolitan Housing Trust Midlands and The Walbrook Group. We offer our customers over 80 years’ of combined expert knowledge, skills and experience.
We manage over 11,000 homes, offering housing and related services to single people, families and older people. We also provide options for affordable home ownership, as well as a wide range of other services. In total we reach over 50,000 customers.
We provide specialist support and housing for over 1,800 older people in our 38 sheltered and two assisted living schemes. In Nottingham City, we are the largest provider of extra-care housing and support and have our own registered domiciliary care agency. We also provide support, via 24-hour monitoring and alarm services, for a further 750 older people throughout the East Midlands.
