Clapham Park Homes
Clapham Park Homes is one of the family of successful member organisations within Metropolitan Housing Partership, providing housing, regeneration, community and support services.
We are a new community-led housing association formed to take over the ownership and management of homes on the Clapham Park Estates.
Our purpose is to regenerate the Clapham Park Estates, refurbishing, demolishing and rebuilding homes where needed, as well as providing support for residents in need. We are also building shared ownership homes for those wishing to get onto the property ladder.
