2010 Annual report to residents consultation

Each year we produce an annual report for all of our residents that provides information about what we’ve been doing over the last year. This year our regulators, the Tenant Services Authority, have provided us with more detailed guidance about what we should report to you. A key part of writing this report is getting your feedback about how you feel about three key areas:

How you want it to look.

What you want to know about (what information you’re most interested in).

How you want us to communicate the report to you.
