MHT London hits the road

MHT London will be taking to the road this summer with a travelling roadshow to six London locations throughout August. The aim of the event is to meet residents on their doorstep, promote MHT London’s community programmes and provide entertainment for local children during the summer holidays. The roadshow will visit MHT London in Croydon, Enfield, Haringey, Hemel Hempstead, Sunbury-on-thames and Wembley.

Local residents will have the opportunity to have one-to-one meetings with staff from Maintenance, Income, Resident Involvement, Customer Services, and their Neighbourhood Officer. Information will also be available on our community programmes.

Activities for children will include a bouncy castle for under 11's, face painting, henna art and temporary tattoos. Workshops will teach mask making, circus skills, kite making and puppet making. There will also be a variety of sports activities for all age groups such as a football shoot out, table tennis coaching, and football coaches from Tottenham Hotspur and Fulham will be joining MHT London residents on Friday 15 August at Meridian Walk, Haringey and Saturday 30 August at Sunbury-on-thames.

Neil Mawson, MD of MHT London says of the roadshow: "Due to the wide geographical spread of our residents the roadshow was the best option to truly reach as many as possible. Engaging with our residents is an essential part of ensuring we deliver quality, value for money services and these events allow us to do this".
