Caroline Wilson, Partnership Initiatives Director

Caroline joined MHP in January 2003 as Director of Planning and Operations, responsible for Human Resources, Marketing and Communications, the Social Investment Foundation and Quality, Regulation and Compliance.

Housing has been Caroline's profession for all her working life. She has broad experience of both housing associations and local government departments. Prior to joining MHP she worked for Sarsen Housing Association in Wiltshire where she carried out a range of roles including taking over as Acting Chief Executive in November 2001.

Caroline has been actively involved in both the Chartered Institute of Housing and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). She has held officer roles in both and was until recently the vice-chairman of the RICS in England and Wales. She is also a fellow of the Faculty of Building and a member of the Institute of Directors.

Caroline was appointed to the new role of Partnership Initiatives Director in April 2005 and is responsible for ensuring that the partnership works coherently and effectively.

She is married with a young son. In her spare time Caroline enjoys being with her family and friends, supporting wildlife and environmental charities and travelling.
