Phyllida Culpin - Regional Director (South)

Phyllida CulpinPhyllida was the MD for Granta Housing Society from June 2008 until May 2011. During that time her priorities were ensuring the long term sustainability of the care and support services, the development of the housing stock, the integration of Granta within MHP, the well being of staff and ensuring that residents and service users have a say in the development of all of Granta’s services and governance.

Phyllida was responsible for community investment across MHP and works on ensuring the effective delivery and sustainability of our regeneration schemes in London along with resident involvement.

She had been with MHT London since 2005 and before that was the Regeneration Manager for Green Horizons in Edmonton, north London, leading on the £100 million refurbishment and new build programme for MHT and London & Quadrant Housing Trust. Prior to this, Phyllida was involved in estate renewal for the London Borough of Waltham Forest. She has also worked in the private sector for a law firm and the London Evening Standard and for the charity Voluntary Service Overseas.
