Owen Thompson – MD Clapham Park Homes

Managing Director (seconded) of Clapham Park Homes since 2005, Owen was confirmed in post in November 2007.  Prior to this he was CEO of the Clapham Park Project; the first NDC in London to achieve a successful transfer ballot and establish a community based housing association to receive the stock and deliver a £560m MasterPlan and physical transformation programme, now underway.

He has 20 years experience in the housing and regeneration sector; previously he was Chief Executive of Croydon Peoples Housing Association, the lead housing association in the delivery of the London Borough of Croydon’s community-focused SRB programme in 2001. 

Owen lives in south London with his partner, also a housing/regeneration professional, and their 12 year old son.
