Angela Epps - Development and Strategic Asset Management Director
Angela was appointed as MHP Director of Development and Strategic Asset Management in June 2010.
After joining MHP in 1994 as New Business Manager and securing successful bids for Edmonton, Canalside and Roundshaw regeneration schemes, Angela then led the delivery of the development and maintenance programme at Edmonton 'Green Horizons'.
In 2002 Angela was appointed London Development Director and since 2007 she has consolidated MHP’s regional teams into a single Metropolitan Development Service encompassing development, regeneration and strategic asset management to deliver over 5000 new homes in the last 5 years.
A qualified architect, she previously worked in both private and public practice; she has also been a Board member setting up a stock transfer Housing Association and a specialist housing provider.
