Lee Rochford – Non Executive Director
Appointed to the MHP Board 1995. Lee is Managing Director, Head of Financial Institution Securitisation at Royal Bank of Scotland. Previously, he was the Managing Director of Wachovia Bank and has many years' experience in investment banking and a long track record of arranging finance for housing associations, local authorities and a range of regulated utilities. Lee is the Chair of MHP’s Finance Committee, a member of the Pensions Committee and a Board Member of Clapham Park Development Ltd., Metropolitan Ivydale Ltd., Metropolitan Living Ltd.
